what moves me.
My story started—and continues—on the North Shore of Chicago, where I’ve lived my whole life. Raised in a boisterous family of 7, I am happiest surrounded by people and noise. My husband and three amazing daughters keep me just as active outside the gym as in it, and I know firsthand the highs (and not-so-highs) of being a working mom.
In addition to teaching fitness classes throughout Chicagoland for over a decade, I’m a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I’m also a certified barre, HIIT and cycle instructor, Certified TRX Coach, and I’m preparing to obtain my Olympic Lifting Certification.
I believe wellness is a personal journey, and that there is not “one right way” to get fit. I believe it’s possible to offer a challenging, super hard workout that’s also fun. And I believe in balance, which means yes, wine and chocolate are a vital part of any healthy lifestyle!
